Welcome to Kin.

Kin is the hot spot for bashes big and small. Situated in a former shipping warehouse at the edge of Rochester’s historic NOTA district, our event space is open and modern, with intriguing hints of its industrial past. We welcome parties of all sizes, for any occasion. To accommodate all styles, the space isn’t overly “designed.” We’ve intentionally left it a blank canvas, so to speak. Let the revels commence.

Location

What’s old is new.

Kin is centrally located at 52 Sager Drive in a historic neighborhood on the east side of Rochester between University Avenue and East Avenue. The area offers a charming mix of historic mansions, inventive restaurants, repurposed factories, eclectic shops, and a new winery and brewery. Turn onto Sager Drive off Culver Road; the entrance to Kin is about 200' down the road. We’ll save you a seat!
