Enjoy restorative yoga class and a light breakfast to wrap up your week.
What to Expect:
Approximately 1 hour yoga class taught by Jenna Giardino with gong relaxation
Breakfast sandwiches made by Root Catering
Jenna has been teaching yoga since 2014, creating nurturing, holistic practices that blend movement, meditation, and gong sound healing to invite body, mind, and energy into alignment. Expect a slower, accessible flow where all are welcome—no prior yoga experience needed. Class will close with deep rest as the gong is played, using sound vibrations to support relaxation and integration.
Proceeds will benefit Foodlink
