Yoga & Brunch

Join us for a 60 minute Satori Flow class at KIN Event Space! Satori Flow is a Power Vinyasa-styled yoga class.

You'll flow one pose into the next, connecting breath to movements. This class incorporates strength, flexibility, and mindfulness for a full mind and body experience.

Satori Flow is a great place to start or build your yoga practice and is suitable for all fitness levels.

About this Class: 

Power Vinyasa is an upbeat, flowing 60-minute class designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Through intentional breath and movement, you’ll move through creative sequences that challenge the body while encouraging mindfulness and balance.

This is a safe space for all skill levels.


Flow with a Purpose: 

National Infertility Week (NIAW) is April 19-25, 2026 as founded by RESOLVE  . This non-profit association works hard to raise awareness and funding aimed to break the stigma and advocate for the 1 in 6 people globally affected by infertility.  

Ashley Russ's passion is teaching yoga, and her purpose is to continue sharing her journey and supporting others who are struggling. 

This is a donation-based class. All  donations will go to RESOLVE
