Fall is a perfect time to get cozy! Now more than ever, we could use some quality time to unwind, de-stress and move our bodies.
Join Robyn for a series of Slow Flow + Yin Yoga classes surrounded by a calming candlelit glow. We will begin with mindful movements linked with breath for a gentle Vinyasa flow, followed by long holds and deep stretching in the Yin portion of class. Expect pranayama (breath work) and guided meditations sprinkled in to further promote relaxation. Complimentary tea will be available after our Savasana (final rest).
